Respected sir, I brought microwave 23MCG Morphy Richards on dated 22/5/2013. we realized the heating was not happening properly in the main section, It was not heating enough to keep the eatable items intact .it is warranty period of 2 years. I submitted in service center on dated 1/8/2013. they given me complaint id number – 2984806 and phone number is that- 011 – 64774444. and 7838650706. It appears there is some manufacturing defect since the problem is present since day. kindly help me.

I want replace please as soon as possible.
