Complaint number – 1404B476380227 To start with, there are few spare parts which are not in working condition for my Microwave oven and i have registered a complained via Call center with above request number. The Service guy came to my place and checked the product and told us that we need to replace thos faulty parts but till now they have not provided the parts and on one from the company side giving us any assurance. This request is pending from April, 2014 (FYI, warranty period was expired for in July, 2014).

i think i have very limited option: 1) Either they replace faulty parts 2) Replace the product and 3) I want them to pay all the time/money, i have spent chasing them in this last 5-6months.
