we found difficulty in extending 2 years warranty of laptop sony vaio which was purchased on 4- nov 2013 model no. svf14212snb in5 . since we purchased laptop had problem with the motherboard and had given to the service center thrice so since purchased, it giving us trouble . and for extended warranty we contacted to dealers as well as customer care they give us response that this extended warranty scheme is closed. but as per consumer right your decision to closed extended warranty services is applied in this year and we purchased before your scheme is closed so we should get this services.

either 2 year extended warranty or replacement
