I bought a Minute Maid Mixed fruit< while i was drinking it I found a fly in the bottle. I am sure that fly was in the bottle before i opened it. I filed a complain on the number given on the bottle which was 1800-180-2653. I was provided with the complaint no that is NR2213070138. i was assured that i will get a call from the executive of the company in 2 days. I waited for a weeks but didn't got any reply. I still Have the bottle with the fly in it. I suffered from acute pain in my throat and stomach for two days due to which i was unable to work for two days a lost a very major project from my hand. I have lost around 3,00,000 rs i two days. Just because of this drink. This is a pure case of Consumer Rights violation, I paid for the drink ... there has to a standard and quality of food products. I want Maximum possible relief in what i lost in amount of my project plus a written apology from the company.
