The complainant is suffering from problem due to 100 BESTBUY, I had participated in contest of 100 BESTBUY for Samsung Galaxy Grand Mobile , and My Order no was 513f3ae9f0fa1a I had already paid INR 699 as entry fee of contest to 100 BESTBUY by net banking. In this contest ‘100BESTBUY selects top 10 lucky participates & give them contest prize ‘Samsung galaxy Grand’ as per described in terms & conditions. After few days of participating in this contest , there was a phone called to me from 100BESTBUY customer executive and he informed me that you have won “Samsung galaxy grand” mobile in that contest. But at now your name is in top-12 participants, among them we will select top-10 participants in final round. For that you must have to purchase a product worth INR 6999. If you will not pay INR 6999, Your name will be outlined from this contest. This was not described in previous T&C. Such a this way, I’m the winner of product ‘samsung galaxy grand’ , but 100BESTBUY does not allow to give me contest prize. It is not appropriate answer for me as a customer. As per described in T&C , they will only select top-10 participants, then why they are talking to select top-12 participants and also I have to pay worth 6999 after selecting in top-10 was not described T&C at that time. Now a time I’ve come to know that 100BESTBUY contest was a one type of a fraud with customers. Also I have known that they had called all participants instead of top-10 participant & they had told same over demands to all to pay Rs 6999 including contest participants & my colleagues. In view of the above stated facts it is apparent that there is serious deficiency of service and unfair trade practice on your part under section 2(1)(g) and 2(1)( r) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986.

My contest prize as ‘Samsung Galaxy Grand’ mobile phone. Otherwise I expect that this site should be operationaly prohibited for customer’s & social safety .
