sir, on 10 february 13 there was a stampede at allahabad junction on occasion of mauni amavasya of maha kumbh. too many people have been died in that. on that day i with my family could not board on 12424 rajdhani express because station was sealed by police due to stampede.when i cancelled my ticket on next day i was refunded only 66 rupees on the ticket of 2206 rupees. i approached to chief reservation supervisor he told me that u have to write a letter to chief commercial manager for refund. i wrote a letter to CCM allahabad on 18 feb 13 vide speed post no. EE989789621IN with original cancellation ticket. again on 06 mar 13 i wrote to ccm allahabad vide registered letter no. A7667. but i did not get refund now yet.

I want to be refunded my amount and mental harassment of me and my family due to that. i claim for rupees 20000.
