1. Purchased Jhumki costing INR 850/- from mirraw.com (order placed on 27/06/2014) 2. Defective piece sent 3. On contacting the site, they asked me to contact the merchant directly 4.Called the merchant as per the number written on couriered package and took the address. By stating that item is defective, merchant asked to sent it back 5. After this no response from their side. 6. On my repeated calls to merchants, after a week he said that he has already cancelled the order & conveyed to mirraw.com and asked me to contact mirraw.com 7. I wrote a mail to mirraw.com, no response and on calling (22/07/2014) there customer care representative said we had already sent a mail to give details (no idea what details). Once you respond to that we will process the refund 8. After this till now evening(23/07/2014), I have not received any mail from their side.
1. Refund of the total cost involved in the whole deal including item cost+courier charges+call charges 2. Some control over such fraudulent site to protect buyer from landing into such problems.
