Sir, i bought hp laptop before 8 month from HOT(House of Technology) in nehru place(new delhi). i have face many problem from the parched month.i have face problem on every 1 to 2 month and service response is very late to late. he takes 20 to 30 days to repair the product. i do not want to repair any more and service center always tells to lie that case was transfer to service center to late he gives me excuse for the services .so what we can do right now

i want to back my money and relief to me from this company because i do not want to repair again and again because product is not good it has manufacturing defect on the product.. please help me for this problem..
