Dear sir I have bought karbonn A9* mobile in 02/09/2013 .it has 1 year warranty and its price is 5700 rs.after purchasing the phone I found that there are many problems in the phone like heating,hanging,slow processing speed,very fast battery drainage, I also found that its RAM is 350 mb but on cateloge it is showing that its RAM is 512 mb .si I took it to the karbonn service center but they did not solve my problem and also not ready to replace the phone. please help

the company should either repair the phone or replace it.
