I have been ordered one salwar suit online from www. mirraw.com when i got the delivery on date June 18 2016 of product the quality and appearance which is showing online was quite different from the product delivered and also it was damaged so at the same time i informed to the customer care no of Seller and he said that ok please return the product to one address and provide account details we will revert your amount into your account. Accordingly I courier a parcel into the given address and send details to them. But the problem is that after one month they are still keeping my amount and whenever i send a mail to their customer care mail id, they are replying same as Please give us more 5 6 working days we will revert your amount and same. For proof i am forwarding you all mails soft copy. my complaint Ticket no with Mirraw is 572764. so i request you to please take any disciplinary action against them, so that this kind of cheat will not be repeated with anyone else. my order no was- 503832802
