I had ordered a saree & paid for it on 2nd of January. They had confirmed on whatsapp chat that they are sending the saree on 6th of January but since then kept dragging it & never sent the saree nor sent any refund for it.
I have been harassed so much by their behavior. I trusted them & paid in advance & kept asking for my product but they never delivered. I have been messaging them for last two months but still no action taken by them. I want my money back i.e. 2450/- that i paid to them and harassment compensation so that they do not harass other customers this way.
