We wish to inform that one Mr. Mukesh Sharma who told me about himself officer in customer relation care (CRC), in Birla sun life Insurance co., made me misguide & done one Birla Sun Life policy no-005651654 dated 30/06/2012 of premium amount of Rs. 55525/-.

That he told me, he will refund all deposited amount of all existing policies(either in any insurance co.) along with bonus till date but for withdrawal the payment that I have to deposit Rs. 55525/- as security amount in favor of ‘Birla sun Life insurance co.

That he told me, I will get my all payment within 45-60 days from the date of cheque issued/cleared & security deposit amount will also refund within 24-48 hours in my ban account given. That he told me , I will get one yellow pages statement from his Hyderabad head offer & all details of fund rend will be mention on that.

That after credited that cheque , I have got said Birla Sun Life policy no-005651654, then told to Mr. Mukesh Sharma about said
policy.He conveyed me that this is not policy, this is just agent kit.

That Now after 60 days neither I got any yellow page statement from Hyderabad nor any refund in my bank.I am trying to contact
continuously to Mr. Mukesh Sharma but no response. He is not picking my phone.
