Sir, My self, Sandeep Joon Son of deceased account holder of the Saving account holder – 91272010018430 of Late Sh. Dharam Singh. My father was maintaining the account in the said branch for more than 8 year. As my father is no more, so to close his account I have visited the bank with my mother of the branch Address – Syndicate Branch, Peeragarhi, DTC Depot, Delhi on the dated June 13, 2013 and met with the Branch Manager – Mr. Jagdish Singh and took all the document in relation for closure of aforesaid account. I had demand for the receipt of the document submitted and the statement of the closed account, but the branch manger refuse to provide the same. When I further insist him to provide atleast pass book or some other document for our record, he said “I will not provide, do whatever you want to do”. I also asked to provide the compliant book but the same was also not provided. The branch manger even does not took care that I have come with female person I,e my mother and his behavior was very terrible and painful. I request you to please take action against the Branch Manager.

I request you to please take action against the Branch Manager and letter of apology.
