Misbehave by Jio store staff in Panchsheel Ajmer

Pathetic experience on Jio outlet in Panchsheel Ajmer. Mr. Jay Chaudhary, his senior and Guard bluntly told to the customers to get out (Bahar Chalo) from the store. They have no manners that how to deal with customers. I am very surprise that how can Reliance hire these type of staff. Customers waiting from 2 hours to talk with him but they are not supportive at all even not caring about to listen there queries so how will they resolve it. From last 4-5 days I tried many times to call on 198 and 199 to register the complaint that there is network problem here and internet speed is very slow specially in evening but always my call was on hold for an hour or more but no one pick the call not even single time and when I reach on store which is 10kms from my home to register the complaint, Relience staff mambers behave like this, means no care at all. When I as k about the complaint register to register the complaint for his behavior they said they have no complaint register for this type of complaint and simply provide me Sim card issue register.
