Misbehaviour and abusing by KENT staff to Customer

Sir, I am an Advocate in High Court at Allahabad and I wanted to buy an KENT RO Filter therefore Icalled on KENT Customer care No.18001001000 on 1/11/2013 and enquired then they told that their Agent will contact me on my cell, After 1 hour I got a call from No.8181832257 saying that he is Kent”s represantative and sid that you want to buy kent RO I said yes then he told that he will sell it and fix it .I told him that 1st you tell about different models and prices to which he rudely replied that there are many models and he will not tell about each as he is very busy I asked that you tell about few to which he said rudely that its not possible to tell about every model , then I asked about Supreme “s Price to which he said he will tell about the price of only 1 model I again asked to tell in detail about the model to which he said rudely and arrogantly that either you want it or not and dont waste time .I aske about the year of manufacture of product to which he answered that you are fool and started abusing ,I replied that I am an Advocate to which he said that all Advocates are fool and started abusing . I felt offended and was very much hurt by the abusive and arrogant behaviour of your employee. Please take stern action against the said employee so that in future he behaves properly to customers and also inform me about the action taken against him. yours Sincerely Kuldeep Patel Advocate
