Misbehaviour of Customer Care Executive

Dear Sir,
This with reference to my prepaid connection 9890600269. I am the regular user of airtel mobile since 2008.I am at Chandrapur in Maharashtra. On 14/12/2011, I called at Customer complaint number 198 around 2:35 to 3:15 pm for deactivation of service of DialogueBaazi which I have not started.I talked with Customer Care EXECUTIVE redarding the query then that EXECUTIVE started argument with me and also misbehave with me and cut the call. again I called at 198 the Mr. Vinayak talked with me and he has also staterd argument to me and started CALLER TUNE with out my permission which deducted my money. Then again I called at 198,but I didn’t get proper response.Finally they switched off my line. In this way, with the behaviour of Customer care Executive, I am not satisfied.
So Kindly de-acivate services and refund my money.
