This is for your kind reference that i had renewed my below mentioned policies:-

MRP 11000005152 (Dinesh Satti)

HCP 15000012206 (Dinesh Satti)

HCP 15000012207 (Chanderkanta Satti)

At the time of renewal of policies one of executive of Tata Aig named Mr.Akshay Gaghre had talked with me. Actually that time I am not in mood to continue these policies. But as he has compiled me to continue these policies and he committed to me that as last year I was carrying Two Maharaksha Policy. So, amount of one Maharaksha policy approx 6000/- Tata-Aig will refund in my HSBC Credit Card account. But they had not credited the amount in my credit card statement. and i had suggest them that if you are not convinced with my statement then you can replay the record of that time when Mr.Akshay Gaghre was talking with me and convinced me/ force me. Because you can’t renew the policies without my consent, you should be having my consent to renew the above policies. Either you/I will contact on phone or I will post my written consent. So, you please provide me that consent in which I had admitted to renew the above three policies. and i wrote them that If you are not satisfied then you can cancelled the policies without any surcharge or charges debited to me. Because I will not bear any type of charges. As your executive told me 2-3 days ago that Tata-Aig will charged 37% charges as cancellation charges.

After the my mail they replied me and talked to me on phone.
then one of their executive had committed to me to give a home protection policy free of cost against settlement of the above case and to resolve the issue.

now, it is requested to you that kindly look into the matter.
