I submitted mt HTC one M8 mobile phone to HTC service centre in jayangar bangalore in the 02/08/2015 because it has touch and display problems. I had given in to the HTC service centres before but they tried to update the software to fix the problem but that did not work. so they suggested that i submit to the main service centre in jayangar, bangalore. I followed their advice and submitted there. I was told that iw ould be called in a day with the status of my phone. I did not get a call for the next 10 days. I tried calling the number several times but no one answers the phone. I went to the service centre on the estimated delivery date 12/08/2015 waited from from 1 pm to 5 pm for my token number to come up. I was shocked at the attitude the person tells me that it is not ready and i need to wait for another 10-45 days. I could not wait that long to have my phone back. It is phone that i paid nearly 50000 for. The service centre attendants do not even make any eye contact and did not repsond to my requests. i asked them to give me my phone back and to my surprise i found that they had not even checked my phone it was the same as it was submitted. I got it back from them with acknowlegemnt that nothing was done and decided to sue them
