My name is Yogesh P Pajwani & I was sold one of the isuurence cum saving policy by one of the Exicutive of HDFC STANDERD LIFE INSSURENCE LTD. namely Mdm Ankita shah.When I was sold the policy I was very clearly informed by Mdm Ankita that it is only single premium policy .U will hv to pay the premium only once for the lifetime.The amt of premium is Rs 10000 & policy no is 12457414.Under the goodfaith I signed the form and purchased the policy with the trust on Ankita’s verbal information abt single premium.I was absolutely shocked when I received the second premium notice to be paid before 16th dec 2009.I approached the HDFC STD LIFE INS LTD branch located at IIM road, Ahmedabad on 2nd dec as soon as I received the 2nd premium notice and narrated the details of the same.They asked me to surrender the original policy with application ,which I did ,on 2nd dec2009.I hv been given the acknowledgement also with the sign & stamped by branch.After that I made not less then 3 to 4 followups with branch but no communication has still been received from them.Adversly , instead of responding me on my surrender request they have sent me a notice abt lapsing my policy and their system have no idea abt my application status at al till 12th jan 2010l.Some of the guys from their griwance department called me up on 16th jan -10 Saturday and did not came to meet me with the reason that it is to far for him to come .The place desided to meet was Narol,which was far for him.It is actually in Ahmedabad city it self and within 10 kmts from heart of the city.I requested him to come at my home but he has not turned up there also.Now, I hv been continuously trying on his mobile,he is nither lifting phone nor replying.Adversly ,he is sending SMS ‘Sorry,will call u later’.His mobile number is 9879919293 . This is completely a case of misleading sales & cheating to me.Also it is rediculus way of HDFC to to tackle the customers grewances.My 10000 bugs are blocked with them, for which they are not at all responding.I am service class people and the amt of money paid is of big value for my life.The sheer norespnse from HDFC creates lot of tension & pressure on me and can lead to any mental or physical deseas.For any of such contingencies HDFC STD LIFE INSSU LTD will be responsible.I really need justifiable solutions and would humbelly request to take stinging actions against them to prevent this kind of cheatings with other prospective customers in Future.I wish complete support to alleviate my pain get my issue sloved asap.i hv complete trust on our low & order situation to get justice at the earliest.
