IDEA is charging some WAP charges from last two months. When I have asked to IDEA Customer Care then they said correct bill has been made to your Idea connection, as checked. But how is it possible when
I am using the mobile Nokia 1209 that has no any WAP function available on that phone. how they have charged above service, if i m not using that service.

Please help me, as I have tried to ask to IDEA to refund the amount, but they are refusing to do that.
