Missselling by ICICI Prudential representative

Hi,
I am Poonam Agarwal, holding a LifeStage Pension (UIN: 105L075V01) with policy number 12551787.

I was given wrong information by the ICICI Prudential representative (Mr Jitendra Kumar) while taking the policy. I had launched complaint against the same to ICICI prudential. Due to the wrong information given to me to be able to bring in business , i had to pay Rs 2000 more above the premium amount.
ICICI prudential did not do anything about my complaint, I launched a complaint with all the proofs to IRDA.

This entire process has been over 8 months now with no outcome as of yet.

After launching the complaint with IRDA, ICICI Prudential representatives called back to me offering me the money back, but they were not ready to give me a written apology.
They say, its not in there policy.

I think, to cheat the customers must have been a part of their policy for sure then. They have taken no steps to deal with my case till date.
I do not know how to follow up with IRDA on my case.

Please suggest and look into this case.

Regards,
Poonam Agarwal
