Dear Sir, My self Arun Kumar Yadav airtel mob no-8010511100 is user of airtel money and airtel no also.This month on seventh feb-13 a call came from airtel telling that i am calling from aitel money and tell all transition detail what ever done by me in previous days, and aslo tell me that about 5% cashback is pending on all transition. For cash back refund he tell me your account is no balance atleast load 5000/- in your airtel money account and route through this transition id i.e 8292623771,but my money and cash back not credit in my account that way i loss 9400/-. As i understant without involvation of aitel person this can not be happen.I am thininking how a person know all transition detail what I done in previous (without help of airtel money person, not possible that some body provides my details).In this matter he used three nos i.e. 9939378145,8292623771&9939377601.

I am already complaint in police station against this and send scan to airtel concern person i.e 121@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer@in.airtel.com,121@airtelmoney.in but no reply came from this except auto reply.I am mentlay and phicially horse due this accident.Police report copy i alredy send to above given mail id.Previsouly i complained through this core.nic.in,today i seen here status of complaint(53307/4/2013)but it shown as resolved but still that complaint is pending and nothing happen.my request to you pl. take necessary action to resolve the issue.
