I MONIKA SHARMA has a/cc(33027262010) in STATE BANK OF INDIA, ASR CANTT BRANCH and when i opened my a/cc i was issued with ATM debit card from branch and after some time one more Atm card was send at my home but at that time my first card was working . When i confirmed from the branch and there i found that one staff member name(SHILPA CHABBRA) requested my card without my permission or signed request form. She signed my signature without in my knowledge. and when i ask her about the matter she said i am sorry futher it will not happen n said don’t tell to anyone . Then i ask for Atm pin she gave me that pin with her signature on the register in front of the other staff member. When i reached at BM cabin BM didnt take any action and said she have not debit your a/cc just leave this matter here. This is the complaint against BM of that branch and the staff member of ASR CANTT BRANCH(0732) . I wander how it happened and how safe is a consumer of esteemed Bank like SBI ? Therefore, I request for taking strict action towards the matter .
