Worst & Pathetic Airtel Data Dongle Service [Broadband]

I am Girish Kumar.D & I had taken the Airtel dongle 6 months back and my number is 9741791597. I have reported this issue with Airtel customer care team and technical support team a week back but have not got any response on this and get false promises that someone will visit in the next 24 hours and no on has turned up till date. My internet connection is very important to me as i work from home and am totally tied up withou the net. Everytime i call the customer care they promise me to send a person within 2 hours and no one turns up. It takes a very long time to get connected and once you are connected you get to speak to rude agents who doesnot bother about your problem and put to on hold for long time. Today i tried to escalate it wanted to speak to the manager and they denied connecting me to their manager thrice and on fourth time hung the call on me. I am not faced such a redicules support ever in my life. I have changed my dongle twice already worth 1500 each time in 6 months and this is not working again. I wish to escalate this issue and will also post them in the possible website so that no one would ever come back to airtel for their pathetic customer service.
