MLM Company Fraud,for purchasing products which have not been delivered to me till date

I paid Rs.53,250 in order to become a member of this MLM company for business on 22nd September 2012. The aforementioned amount was paid for purchasing products which have not been delivered to me till date. I have been following up with their customer care at Bangalore and one of their seniors Eva Sin from Hong Kong (Ph. No. +852 22639402, eva.sin@qnet.net) on phone & mails both but nothing happened till now. On 17th May 2013, I asked them to return the entire money along with compensation of Rs.500,000 for delay & mental harassment. They confirmed on 21st May 2013 that they will refund the money but nothing has happened till date.

First of all I am not able to make use of my money Rs.53,250 at all. Secondly I have been wasting my time calling & sending mails to their customer care & Eva Sin asking for delivery of the products. Neither have the products arrived nor the refund.

I have sent three formal notices (on 17th May, 04th June & 05th July via registered AD) to their Bangalore address asking for compensation of Rs.500,000 for unnecessary delay & mental harassment, but there is no response to those notices either.
