I ordered this Ray Ban RB3025 sunglasses product on 27th June 2013 from www.shopclues.com, and was delivered on 13th July 2013, it is a fake product, and the frame of the ray ban is BENT, the glasses have a tinge of rainbow, where as it is supposed to be completely brown. The website claims the product to be 100% genuine, whereas it is not, the product was delivered way beyond the time frame.

I had to take 2 days of leave from work and sit at home as the shopclues people told me that the product will be delievered in the next 48 hours, this resulted in financial loss of 2 days of wages amounting to approx INR 10,000 I spent more than 3 hours on the phone with shopclues.com, the phone bill amounting to almost INR 1000, and the feeling of being cheated with a fake product, i also have an slight injury on my nose due to the bent frame of the sunglasses.

want legal action initiated against the dealer for selling FAKE products and claiming them to be genuine, and not abiding by the time frame of the delivery of the product as promised on the website www.shopclues.com I want compensation of INR 15,000 for my loss of 2 days of work, and the money spent on the phone dealing with shopclues customer service.
