On 3 Apr, I deposited an amount of Rs 555 into mobikwik.com in order to recharge a BSNL prepaid phone. The recharge did not work despite repeated attempts. I raised a number of support tickets (Ticket Nos 564237, 568717, 574017, 602942) besides email to the company. They are refusing to refund my money and are now not even answering support tickets. I do not wish to do any more business transactions with them as my primary purpose of recharging the BSNL account was not fulfilled. My account balance lying in their “wallet” is useless to me as I do not wish to use it for any other purpose. I have been asking them to refund my wallet balance but there is no response from the company.

Refund of Rs 555 and an apology from the company.
