Dear sir/madam, I have a Reliance gsm connection (mob no. 08470908xxx) on which I made an on-line recharge of Rs 100 & 96 through mobikwik website. But the money was deducted from my mobikwik account/ wallet, whereas the mobile was not recharged. On contacting to mobikwik they provided me a detailed mail of the transaction which was made by them to reliance: 1) Dear sumitgupta3210@gmail.com , You have successfully done a transaction using money in your MobiKwik Wallet. And when I requested them to see the proof of transaction number and other detail they just disconnected the line. Since then (June 20th-June 22nd) I made at least 7-9 calls. Whenever I tried to call them for this problem they keep on giving a single excuse (that there is some technical problem in the system due to which they can’t help me out). Each time they say to call later. Now pls help me out in getting my money back either by recharging my mob no. With same amount of Rs 100 & 96 respectively or pls ask them to refund the money to my mobikwik wallet from where the money was deducted which ever is possible. Thanks Amit Singh

At least my money should be refunded. Also I found that these kind of complaints are very normal against reliance. Kindly take some strict action against reliance so that they stop cheating their customer. Ask them to pay a big penalty very often so that the customer will be relieved & aware.
