mobikwik – online recharge not done though paymentt debited from bank account

my complaint to the said company mobikwik.com, i have use the service of above web for recharge of my BSNL data card NO. 9409254268 for 2 times by two different debit card. in that process the amount is debited from my bank A/C to my mobikwik A/C and then it used to make my desired product purchase and if the transaction is successful then my mobikwik balance will show the status nil. so in this case two times fund is transferred to my mobikwik A/C then it is showed nil and i do not get recharged my BSNL data card. the details of mobikwik transaction is mailed to you in attachments for reference.
