Masti mall got activated automatically and my balance is deducted. Other services are also activatd automatically ocassionally..and noone helpline no. Are helped to refund my balance . So either to give my balance or change the sim of aircel candidate to unfairmean cases.

Sir, i have recieved a message from aircel for free dialer tune on 20 dec 2015 at 10:45 am from this number :- DD-653000 and mesage contains – > ” you are priviledge customer and u get 30 days free dialer tune.please dial toll free number 5300030 to activate.” but after activate the service aircel deduct my balance 2 times , first on 20 dec. and 2nd on 24 dec..! Please solve my problem sir. Very poor service from aircel.
