I have purchased mobile xolo-a600 from Live Store, E-26, Mangal Bazar Road, Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-59 against invoice no. 1789, dt.29.04.2014 at the time of purchase dealer asked me to insured the product for all type of damage of product with new mobile care india pvt. ltd. for a sum of rs.600/- for two years. i agree and insured my product and dealer give me receipt of mobile care pvt. ltd. now accidentally my mobile is damaged and when i contact to mobile care pvt. ltd. they said to me that dealer don’t pay the amount to mobile care co. that’s why they don’t provide the service for my mobile set. i have the receipt of new mobile care india pvt. ltd. and i pay the amount so where my fault if dealer not pay the amount to mobile care co. why they refuse to provide the service. please do something as i try to contact dealer but shop is closed.

I just want to new mobile care india pvt. ltd. give services and repair my set as i pay for this as insured amount.
