Mobile Handset Bought From Quikr

Hello Quikr, As i have been told by you that if i need any assistance your executive will help me for any need. But i am not satisfied with your service as your concern certified department does not have intreast in helping me. because for a simple issue you all are taking a month for resolving the problem. As i buyed a quikr certified phone from you Moto G used phone and my order id is 10080966. As i first saw at your site that there was a specification written that the handset has a internal memory of 8gb and the memory can be extended by external sd card. But when i received the phone the internal memory was ok but there was no external sd card slot. I have also attached a attachment of the image taken by me while buying the phone and there is clearly written on it. When i called quikr for this issue they told me that our executive will come to you and take away your handset and the receipt given by him has no meaning because there is nothing written on it. The same as i have attached the image of it. I have also attached a conversation of your executive where he is clearly saying about the refund. I was been told by someone that quikr has the best service. Their certified phones are best relating to any other sites used handsets. but i am facing problem about this. I was also glad to recommend quikr to my friends for buying any product from it. But by this type of service i don’t think i could do that. Pls resolve the issue as soon as possible because i don’t have any handset to use. Regards. Roshan Kushwaha.
