I had purchased a cell phone in june 2008 of samsung with network of virgin mobile after using this around 1 month i face some problem which is mentoined below-
(1) when i have to charge my cell phone i have to keep it switch off even thereis no battery but when i put it on charging in switch on mod it shows battery full.
(2) during charging if light had gone than its stop charging than i hav to again repeat the same process.
(3) keypad light atomatically off than i have to remove battery from the phone than again start the phone.
FOR this i visited the service centre 5 times but they dined to change my cell phone even they are not able to solve my problems.plz help me.you know in todays world how much phone is important.i m facing a lot problems.
