Respected sir,

I m using 9821921022 BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 8 Months, having 4 connection with me…but I am facing a very bad network Problem, at my Residence at kopar road, Dombivli –( W)-Thane.
I can’t receive or make a single call from my home, even I stand near window I cant have proper talk due to low range of network,I have to go outside my society to do the same…even cant send or receive SMS also….
All other operator’s network is working well at my home except LOOP
I Called to Customer Care twice, always they say’s “Our Work in Progress”. I Learn From Last 8 month this Reason.
