My son Sanjay Senthilkumar , admitted in Cauvery trust hospital on evening 12th August 2009 to undergo Circumsect surgery the next day Morning 13th August, 2009. He undergone surgery and got discharged on the 13th aug 2009 night around 9.30 pm. Hospital admin, have asked me to settle the bill of Rs 6909. I have paid that amount but they didnt provide me the Invoice for that, instaed they have given slip that i have paid the amount. I have requested for the original invoice and discharge summary for the same. But the Manager and other staff try to humiliate me that it will take two days. I have made the complaint to my Doctor Dr. Maruti Rao (Hospital Administrator). Doctor have commited me that Orginal bill and discharge summary will be given the next day. When I wen to the Admin manager to get the Bill and discharge summary next day (i.e 14-aug-2009). The Admin Manager and other reception staff again humilitaed me and they still say come after two day. So it is totally disappointed the kind of treatment from Admin manager I have undergone. Similar situatrion happened to mw twice in couple of years back. But this time it really bad and I went on complete disstress due to this kind treatment from Cauvery Trust Hospital. Herewith I have furnished the Address of the hospital.
