Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rohan Kulkarni, an MBA student. I am a loyal customer of Airtel and was happy till last year august,09.I am having friends prepaid card,I have tried to create a group almost ” n” number of times but i was always failed though satisfying your needs of having balance of more than Rs 30/- and valid freinds card but this situation still hovering over me after trying almost 10 months,I have lodge complaints but it didn’t seem to workout.Yesterday,on 10/05/10 I again lodged a complaint, Till now nothing happened yet.

Sorry to say but I really found this behavior very unprofessional.I have very large group registered under Airtel network.if I didn’t get the services or i didn’t get benifited how can I continue with it???
Also we don’t have Airtel network in our college Kohinoor Business School.Here only Idea and Tata docomo works.
I will be very grateful if you take some serious action or you lose your customers.
