I had applied for mobile number portability for my mobile phone 9728XX4700 from Idea to BSNL vide request id IH521865 on 12.02.2015. Today after 15 days my request has been rejected and I have received following message :- “Dear Customer, your request for Port Out for Mob.No. 9728884700 could not be processed on account of contractual obligation.Thank you.” To my knowledge there is no contractual obligation pending against me which could deny me my right for MNP. Sir I am feeling highly aggrieved as a citizen of this country wherein I have been harassed and denied my due right of MNP by giving a frivolous reason. I request you to have my complaint examined and take stern action against high handedness of the mobile company Idea by not following Govt guidelines and denying due right of mine. I also request you to kindly instruct Idea to act on my port request without any further delays and hassles to me.
