Mobile Ordered on SnapDeal.com Not Received

I Have ordered Micromax A116 HD through online website SnapDeal.com on 20th Feb 2013. SnapDeal had promised to deliver Phone within 30 Days i.e. 20th March , But it had taken 15 days more than expected date. Phone was delivered on 4th April , i.e. 15 days late to the expected date.On the same day I realized Phone is defective. The problem was speaker & also a display problem. Then snapdeal told to contact Micromax service center for getting DOA certificate.5 days continue we went to Micromax then they have given me required DOA certificate. Then I sent mobile via BlueDart so Phone Delivered to Delhi head office of snapdeal. Now they Are saying that they are not having Phone in stock so they will refund money and it will also take almost 15 days.

Snap deal must replace Phone with that they should compensate whole amount which i had spent in last 2.5 month. Courier charges of Phone : Rs 300 Phone Bills for calling customer Care : Rs 700 Transportation Charges for getting DOA certificate from Micromax : Rs 1200 Humiliation & Inconvienance : 20000 Total: 22200 + Replace Phone
