Mobile portibilities

Dear Authority,

I have received a call from your Nodal Officer (9910039183 – 07/12/2011 06:20 PM) regarding the issue.
As per the talk I had with him, there is no any problem in this matter and the matter is on hand with high priority with no issues.

Still we have not got the solution.

As per our future provider, there is still an agreement with Airtel with this number, moreover our Unique Port ID is about to expire today .

This is really a very disappointing , dissatisfactory and unexpected behavior from your side.

This query is sent to the
– customer care 5-7 times via email /orally.
– Nodal Officer 3-4 times via email
– Appellate officer 2nd time.

After these much follow up I have never got any positive response from your side.
Even today I have tried to call the Nodal officer on (9910039183) many times, but she/he is not receiving the call.

What else you expect me to do for the same and how many times ??? Is this the way to response to your customers ???

I again REQUEST you to solve the issue on very URGENT basis.
