Mobile Porting from Idea to Airtel

Refer my five cug mob no 9871347, 7835060620 to 23 which is ported from idea to airtel now. Also refer two fresh numbers in same cug i.e. 9599203728 and 29. I applied for portability of a/m five numbers and for two fresh sim as mentioned above through your employee nikhil who is working at your customer service centre sector 4 dwarka, delhi. He collected all necessary documents from me on 11 july 216. He was directed by me to activate my fresh airtel sims only once the portability is completed so that i avoid unnecessary billing to talk to my own staff within cug. He assured me that the process of portability would be completed within maximum one week.

I trusted his and gave every documents he needed from me on same day. For next one months i kept chasing him by visiting his office. He kept saying that my application was under process but without giving any justification for such prolonged delays. He also kept assuring me that my fresh sim would get activated only after porting the requested mob numbers and meanwhile the sim handed over to me by him could kept safely at my office. I believed him and did so. When i threatened him that i would now put official complaint to airtel higher officials, he requested me to hand him required documents once more by me and to re- submit my porting request to idea through sms which i did nothing happened for next five days on his channel except getting good stories from him for such delays. He only gave me another surprise that my fresh airtel sims were activated, contrary to my verbal instruction to him. You may validate all my statement by seeing exactly when was my first and the second sim was put into use by my staff. Ultimately i contacted another field manager of yours imtiaz mob no 9810126359. But imtiaz asked me to pay some bills which are shown pending against my unported sims. I paid my first bill to you of rs 300 for mob no 9599203729 on 24 august 2016 and again rs 1000 for same mob no on 26 aug 2016, fearing my other business mob no would get blocked by me. As of now, my two mob no 7835060620 and 22 got ported on nikhil channel and and mob no 9871347301 and 7835060621 got ported on imtiaz channel. Mob no 7835060623 not yet activated but blocked by idea by showing it as ported to your channel. Now my specific queries are 1 since what date my each of ported sims and the two fresh airtel sim got activated and can i have the call details from you for each mob no. 2 i am continuously getting pre-recorded messagees that bill is pending against mob no 7835060622 and it would be blocked soon if bill not paid. If the sim itself got activated only a week back, which bill i am supposed to pay for. 3. Do you have any system of making independent inquiry about the my claimed irresponsible behaviour of your employee nikhil. I am willing to present myself to your inquiry team with my full co operation and all necessary documentary evidence against him 4. In case you are convienced that i have been charged wrongly by airtel for my above mob no, will you refund my payments. I place full faith in your system to get justice. In case i do not get justice, i will have no choice but to move to consumer court and to port my all above mob no to some other reliable mobile services.
