Hi, I have requested for network migration from IDEA postpaid to VODAFONE Postpaid. As Vodafone requested i have submitted all the supporting documents in tree time. This is 6th week still my connection is not activated. in between i was communicated with Vodafone through Customer care 199,thats ur connection in process dt.02.07.2017 till to complete till date.04.08.2017. As per Vodafonel they initially promised 04-Aug-2017 resolve date. My issue not addressed again i contacted through 199 next resolve date is 05-Aug-2017. still not resolved and also no response from Vodafone on this. i would like to post complaint on VODAFONE to get this done and should not repeat this kind of behavior towards consumers.
