I tried to recharge my Mobile through State bank of travancore net banking of Rs.220 on 23/09/2013 at around 10 PM. I have found that my account was debited by this amount but i didn’t receive the amount in my mobile. My Mobile No. is 82812797XX. This is a kerala circle BSNL Mobile No. The internet banking reference no.is IGM2919561. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL at your earliest.

Airtel Recharge Done to Digital TV Instead of Mobile
Hi, I have recharged the mobile no(9908593385) for Rs.50/- recently. But it has been recharged to Digital TV account. Please look into this and revert the same amount to my mobile account immediately. I have tried to recharge again today for rs.50/- but could not succeed. Please check it and revert me.
