I have purchased a mobile on 18.9.12 and also covered by mobile care pack of Vcare serial no.65188 for 2 years in Rs-1399. I faced some problem in Sep 2013 and give the mobile to them for repairing on 26.9.13 by job card no.13223. They have given 1 week time for repairing. From that time they are telling that, we will give you the mobile after repairing in next week.

I could not take my business mails, calls & messages in whats app, skype & other useful connections. I am facing too much problem to co-ordinate with my business colleague & partners.

I want my mobile at the earliest & 500 Rs fine per day after 4th of Oct.
