I handed over mobile for the service to replace my broken glass. When handed over the mobile to them mobile was in working condition. After the glass was broken i had been used my mobile more than a month without any problem. I had done the similar service earlier with them(Glass replacement) for Rs 1000. But this time they are suggesting me that to replace the glass, touch and Display and the estimated budget as 3000. Since the actual phone cost i bought is 6500, a year back and not want to go for the replacement. So i asked the to return my phone. But now they are telling that, during their analysis, they found that Touch and display has gone, so they will return my phone in not working condition.

I want my phone back at the same condition i handed over to them. (Glass broken but touch and display in working condition)
