I have purchased etuch mobile model D-8 (Serial No 09735/POSTEL/2009, IMEI
No 351901031780764) on 22-05-2009, after one month the Mobile stop working
(No sound & No display) . The mobile was given back for checking &
servicing / repairing. The mobile was return back to me after 25 days but
there is no sound when any incoming call. (The music player working normal
and playing all pre set tones). The above problem was not solved out by
service center after three time visit.
The mobile is still at distributor m/s (RAVI MUSIC CENTER
,RAWATBHATA,RAJASTHAN).
Please instruct me now what I will do so far.
The warranty period is going on without mobile use.
