this is to inform u that i hv purchase a samsung star 3g mobile from a dherasun shop on dated 17/11/09.Now there is a big problem when i try to charge my mob ile it dosent .Then i take my mobile to the samsung mobile service center there the engineer open my mobile and said me that the jack is not working so u hv to replace the full Pcb unit which is costing =4000/ .Now my mobile is underwarrenty so why should i pay the sum of rs 4000/ so my acttention towards the samsung indain pvt ltd is to repaire my mobile as soon as possible because its very irretating and not giving good impact on the customer
