I bought a pair of shoes from Mochi, 56 City Centre, Dehradun in Rs 2690 on 09/12/2013. Just after 2 days from the date of purchase shoe was damaged. Front toe of the shoes started damaging because shoes have manufacturing defect. I went to Mochi showroom and explained my problem. They instruct me to wear it for 4-5 days and if the problem remains then they will replace the shoe. After 4 days I again went to showroom and returned the shoes and they gave me assurance that the shoes will be replaced but now the situation is changed. Even the staff members are not ready to listen me and said that your shoe will be repaired only not replaced. One of the Staff member of Mochi Showroom Dehradun named Vimal Bhatt (as per him) behaved so rudely. Now please tell me if a brand new shoe damaged only after 2 days from the purchasing date then why should I get repaired one. I have paid money for the shoes not free. Kindly help me in this regard otherwise i will go consumer forum. I have attached copy of bill. Plz find it.

i need my money back and they should me punished for harassing me.
