Without my interference deducting the money for VAS, when called to them they are telling by mistaken it has happen like that saying and refunded when I asked. From last Saturday I tried call them so many times there not even responding to my call your call is transferring to customer after sometime the call was automatically disconnected.

I want justification why there are deducting my balance without my interference .
