Modem Not working and replacement is out of stock

We have loged a telephonic complaint that our airtel modem is not working. We have been provided a Corporate connection of airtel internet broadband which we were initially informed that it is a priority connection and we will get appropirate remedy on a prority basis. Since morning our routine office work has been hampered due to the modem non functioning. Customer care executive has informed us that the modem is out of stock.
