modular kitchen – manufacturer made several mistakes poor quality and service

am summarising the issues connected with a modular kitchen installed in my house on 4th December 2010 by Homeland/Hometown. The kitchen was furnished with a 3 year warrantee. ~ First, kitchen termite was noticed attacking the wood and this was brought to the notice of the installer. ~No action was taken for several months and, after much correspondence and pursuance, a coat of antitermite paint was applied on the wall. ~Since termite had attacked the wood, we were assured that all the cabinets on that wall which was affected would be replaced by an entire new set of cabinets with shutters, cornice all complete. In the process the new cabinets would be provided of the same colour, texture design as the old cabinets. Since the new colour did not match exactly with the old colour, it was decided , after prolonged deliberations , that a particular colour would be provided , as per a particular colour shade for most of the areas of the cabinet whilst all others would remain the same colour. Details are given in the list of correspondence with them. ~However the manufacturer made several mistakes in this and sent colours of a different shade . This was rejected. However, while sending the correct colour shade in the cabinets for a second time they again made a mistake by sending the backside as ‘white’ which was nowhere the same colour as the original and as earlier promised. ~Several entreaties had been made for replacing this but the installer steadfastly refused . Till date they have not obliged . We would like to vehemently object to their going back on their promises and assurances and would like them to complete their work as per the original warranties, failing which they should sufficiently compensate for the harassment, delays, troubles and lack of proper completion of their work. I would also like to state the following : ~The whole issue started after about one and a half years of installation and a complaint was lodged immediately. ~Owing to delay in taking action, the process went on for one year more but without any successful result . ~The installer assured us on request, that a further 3 years warranty would be provided from the date of completion of installation, which till today is pending Thanking you Anupam Roychowdhury 330 Jodhpur Park Kolkata 700068 9836514474

Total rplacement of kitchen cabinet affected with new cabinets of the same/approved colour as the original/ later sanctioned Alternatively, Compensation of 10 lakhs for continuous harassment,labour, non conformity to assurances/promises for one year, delays by one year, loss of aestetics, loss in investment etc.
